Business sponsorship terms

Read these business terms alongside your agreed written order. For an individual purchase, ask us to confirm the applicable consumer terms before payment.

Payment and cancellation

New business sponsorship purchases are non-refundable for cancellation or a change of mind once Pocket Money Adventures accepts the agreed written order. Pocket Money Adventures provides these terms before acceptance and payment. An invoice confirms the agreement; it does not create a new restriction after purchase. Full payment must clear before Pocket Money Adventures commits delivery costs.

Allocation and delivery

Pocket Money Adventures accepts the scoped order and payment, then arranges school or host participation before delivery. A named school is a request, not a booking. Pocket Money Adventures aims to confirm allocation or a delivery plan within 90 calendar days of cleared payment, with an update within 30 days and every 30 days while unallocated. Delivery dates are agreed separately.

If a school declines, withdraws or allocation is delayed, Pocket Money Adventures will propose an alternative within the agreed area or revised dates for the sponsor's written agreement. There is no automatic discretionary refund. Pocket Money Adventures will send a reminder after 14 days without a response and continue the 30-day updates; silence does not authorise a change of scope. At the 90-day review, Pocket Money Adventures will escalate any unresolved allocation with the sponsor and agree a written next step. Pocket Money Adventures remains responsible for fulfilling the agreed order.

This policy does not remove remedies for the failure of Pocket Money Adventures to fulfil the agreement, faulty or misdescribed goods, or any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Existing accepted agreements retain their terms. Individual consumer purchases require the applicable consumer terms and rights; this business policy is not a blanket consumer exclusion.

Pocket Money Adventures is not VAT registered. No VAT is charged. Purchases are one-off, with no automatic renewal.

Sponsor recognition stays outside school

No sponsor name, logo, acknowledgement, promotional message, link or QR code appears on anything Pocket Money Adventures takes, supplies or presents into school, including books, teacher materials, presentations, certificates, packaging and linked school resources. Pocket Money Adventures branding remains. Sponsor recognition is external.

Your details and optional updates

Sponsorship enquiries submitted on this site are processed through Netlify Forms. The free sponsor-pack form saves your name and email address and sends the requested pack by email. Sponsor news is a separate, optional choice: we add you to that list only when you tick its box, and record your consent wording, version, source and time. You can unsubscribe by replying to an update or emailing hello@pocketmoneyadventures.co.uk. Leaving the box unticked still lets you receive the pack. The hosting service processes ordinary connection information needed to serve the site. We use your information as explained in our privacy policy.
